Hey, I’m Jen

I know what it feels like to lose trust in yourself.

For a long time, my life was built around survival. I went through things that changed how I saw myself, other people, safety, love, confidence, and the future. I learned how to keep going, but I did not always know how to feel grounded, clear, or in charge of my own life.

On the outside, I could push through.

On the inside, I was exhausted.

I kept second-guessing myself and overthinking, then looking to other people for answers because I didn't fully trust my own judgment yet.

Then, a few years ago, a health coach helped me start coming back to myself.

At first, it looked simple: paying attention to what I was putting in my body, taking daily walks, slowing down, checking in with myself, and building small promises I could actually keep.

But those small things changed more than my health.

  • They changed how I made decisions.
  • They changed how I showed up.
  • They changed how I listened to myself.

They helped me move from burned out and reactive to grounded and intentional.

What I learned

Self-trust is not something you magically wake up with. It is something you rebuild — one honest choice at a time.

That is why I created Rise With Jen.

I help people overcome imposter syndrome and build performance confidence so they can show up at their best when it matters.

I won't ask you to ignore what's difficult or cover it with ‘just believe in yourself.’ We can talk honestly about what's happening and what support would be useful.

  • Talk honestly about where you keep second-guessing yourself.
  • Use practical tools where they help you work through it.
  • Agree on steps you want to try, with accountability as you put them into practice.

You can bring a decision you keep reopening or a conversation you've been putting off; we'll work on what would help you follow through.

Imposter Syndrome Coach and Performance Confidence Coach

Bring a situation where you’re questioning your ability, discounting your accomplishments, or finding it hard to use what you know under pressure. We’ll look at what’s happening and what you want to do differently.

We’ll examine the evidence you use to judge yourself, including strengths you may overlook and any preparation, skills, or support you genuinely need. Together, we’ll choose something manageable to put into practice. You keep the final say.

Coaching is not therapy, mental-health treatment, sports psychology, or technical performance instruction. When another kind of expertise is needed, coaching should not pretend to replace it.

What I Stand For

  • Honesty over comfort.
  • Curiosity over judgment.
  • Self-trust over second-guessing.
  • Small promises over empty motivation.
  • Real growth over toxic positivity.
  • Your inner wisdom over outside noise.

For me, coaching means asking questions, offering tools, and making room for you to hear your own judgment clearly enough to decide what you want to do. I don't make that decision for you.

When self-doubt is loud, we can look at what is happening and what support or next step would help.

If self-doubt keeps making the decision for you, we can work on how you want to respond when it comes up.

Rebuilding trust with yourself can start with one honest choice.
