IMPOSTER SYNDROME COACHING

Do you keep questioning work other people value?

Maybe you keep checking finished work, leave an application in draft, or explain good feedback away as luck. If those moments keep coming back, we can work on how you judge your experience and what happens when you want to act.

Work toward applying, sharing your work and giving your contribution credit—while taking real learning and support needs seriously.

What would you like to do differently?

Apply with a fair view of your experience

Consider the requirements and the work you’ve already done, without dismissing yourself before you decide.

Share the work you keep checking

Work toward deciding when feedback is useful and when another check is only postponing the same decision.

Let good feedback count

Make room for your own contribution alongside the help you received and anything you still want to learn.

A conversation that goes beyond “Of course you’re good enough.”

Reassurance can feel good and still leave the same question waiting. Individual coaching gives you time to work on how you judge your contribution and what happens when you want to act. The aim is a fairer view of your experience, connected to choices you want to make.

  • Individual attention to the situations you keep second-guessing.
  • Support as you put changes into practice.
  • Room for honest questions, useful feedback and your own decisions.

Meet Jen Norton

Hi, I’m Jen.

We can talk about the opportunity you keep questioning or the work you haven't shared, and explore what support would help you give it a fair chance.

If I have advice or an opinion, I’ll ask whether you want it. Your decisions stay yours.

Before we talk

What if I really do need more experience?

That belongs in the conversation. A fair assessment includes real learning, preparation and support needs. Coaching is not about convincing you that you already know everything.

Do I need to call it imposter syndrome?

No. You can describe what has been happening and what you want to do differently. You do not need to diagnose yourself or choose the perfect label.

Is coaching therapy?

No. Coaching focuses on goals, choices and practical action. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions or replace qualified clinical care.

What if a guide or practice on my own is enough?

That is a valid choice. Coaching is an option if you want individual support; it is not a requirement for making progress.

Do I have to decide on the call?

No. Ask questions, take time to think and decide whether the fit, timing and cost work for you.

Can we discuss payment options?

We can discuss whether a payment arrangement is available. Any installment amounts, dates, total payable and cancellation terms are agreed in writing before you pay.
